SILVER / GOLD PLATED ITEMS:
These pieces are sterling silver or gold over copper. Each piece
has a protective coating to seal and avoid tarnishing or wear on plating.
To protect the plating, avoid contact with chemicals (chlorine, perfume, oils) and avoid getting wet repeatedly. Dry thoroughly if needed. This includes ear hooks, clasps and chains.
STERLING SILVER / 14K GOLD FILL ITEMS:
These pieces are fine to wear in the shower! Gold fill is 100x thicker than gold plating and should last a lifetime. Rinse in warm water and mild soap for a good clean. Avoid chlorine & harsh chemicals.
PEWTER ITEMS:
Store in the provided cotton pouch to avoid scratching. Rinse in warm water and mild soap, gently scrub with a soft cloth or brush to clean, dry thoroughly. Rub with a dry soft cloth to polish.
PEWTER ITEMS WITH STONES:
Store in the provided cotton pouch to avoid scratching. Be aware of rough situations that could cause damage to stones. Wet a soft cloth or brush with water and soap, scrub pewter and avoid gemstones. Dry thoroughly. Rub with a dry soft cloth to polish.

REPAIRS:
Your damaged item can most likely be repaired!
If your item arrives damaged please let us know asap.
Free repairs (- shipping) If your piece is accidentally damaged within 60 days of purchase.
Please contact us to determine repair options.
For damages past 60 days please contact us for repair options and charges. After repair confirmation your piece may be sent back via trackable shipping method to the designated address.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
Contact us (with your order number) within 7 days of receiving your item if you are not fully satisfied.
You may return for a full refund (-shipping) or exchange for any other item of equal value. Requests more than 7 days after receiving your item can be exchanged only. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Always return items in their original condition and packaging.
Custom orders are not available for return or exchange.
SHIPPING:
Allow 3-4 days shipping for ready made items.
Allow 1-2 weeks for custom made and made to order items.
All orders are shipped with tracking.

PACKAGING:
All items come packaged ready to gift.
Each piece is packaged in either a stamped cotton pouch or small gift box and mailed in a
recyclable cardboard box.
RING SIZING:
Always check your ring size before ordering. The best way to determine your size is to go to a local jeweler and have them size you.
